LeMier Phillips Construction
Before we meet for the first time consider the following advice:
Think about what you really want done, your expectations, budget and timeline.
We also suggest you start collecting ideas. Look through home remodeling books, magazines and either copy or clip out pictures of things you like. It could be cabinets, floors, doors, appliances, fixtures or whatever. Having a compilation of ideas you can point to makes it easier to communicate what you are looking for. A picture really is worth a thousand words when trying to communicate a “look”.
Talk with one another. It helps if all the decision makers in the household are in agreement on the scope and nature of the project. When discussing the scope and there are options that are tough to agree on we are happy to present the pros and cons to assist you to make a decision.
Get familiar with what remodels and additions cost by looking at articles or speaking to those who have just recently completed projects.
Learn how to identify quality in materials. Remember- in the long run quality is not expensive. Homes are long term investments that can bring you great pleasure when they meet your needs for aesthetics and convenience. Shoddy materials and workmanship devalue your home.
At our first meeting we will discuss your expectations, budget, timeline and review pictures of the designs you like. We will discuss our company's process and answer your questions. We understand sometimes this can seem a bit overwhelming at first.
